Outside Scholarship/Award Information Form

If you have received or subsequently receive a scholarship or other form of financial aid from any source that was not listed on your Financial Aid Award Notification, you are required to report it to the Office of Financial Aid. You may notify us by submitting the information requested below.  (Three scholarships can be submitted at a time.)  Please submit this information by June 30, 2009 or as soon as possible after you receive notification of the scholarship or award.

Outside assistance for financial aid recipients will result in a reduction in the work-study and/or loan after federal need (cost of attendance minus expected family contribution) is met. When the outside assistance exceeds the amount of work-study and/or loan awards, the Gettysburg College Grant must be adjusted.

If Gettysburg College is required to provide information to the scholarship program (enrollment verification, invoice, etc.), please mail a copy of the document that mentions the request to the Office of Financial Aid, Campus Box 438, Gettysburg College, 300 N. Washington Street, Gettysburg, PA 17325 or send via email attachment to finaid@gettysburg.edu.
