Gettysburg College Payment Plan

Gettysburg College offers an interest-free 10 month payment plan through Tuition Management Systems (TMS). The nonrefundable enrollment fee of $60.00 and the first installment payment is due at the time of enrollment in the plan. The 10 month plan begins on June 1st and ends on March 1st. One half of the payment plan amount is applied to the student's account at the beginning of each semester. If adjustments are made to the payment plan or the payment plan is cancelled, the student account invoice will reflect the changes. Payments made to TMS are forwarded to the College at the end of each month. A late fee of $75.00 is charged if a payment is not received by the 10th of the month at TMS. Accounts that are two months past due are cancelled by TMS at the request of the College.

Prepaid Tuition Plan

Gettysburg College offers a prepaid tuition plan which guarantees savings by protecting the student from future increases in the price of tuition. Tuition may be prepaid at the prevailing semester rate by multiplying the current semester rate by the number of semesters to be prepaid. Prepayment must be received in the student accounts office along with the prepayment agreement document by no later than January 5th in order to lock in at the current semester's tuition rate.

The Prepaid Tuition Option covers tuition only; room, board, and other fees cannot be prepaid and will be invoiced according to the normal fall/spring billing cycle(s).
