Manuscripts

Processed Manuscripts are stored in Special Collection's closed stacks. Request individual files by number at the Reference Desk in our Reading Room.

Manuscript Collections Full descriptive inventories for large collections of personal papers, faculty papers, and student organizations. Paper copies are on file in our Reading Room.	Vertical File Manuscripts An alphabetical list of single folder mansucript collections ranging from one page to 50 pages.
Civil War Vertical File Manuscripts An alphabetical list of smaller manuscript collections pertaining to the Civil War. See the Civil War subject guide for more Civil War materials.	Miscellaneous Volumes A listing of bound manuscripts that deal almost exclusively with the history of Gettysburg (Pennsylvania) College.
