This 1929 aerial photograph by Harrisburg photographer Samuel W. Kuhnert clearly shows that the Janitor's House has been removed from the area North of Pennsylvania Hall; the building today know as Schmucker Hall is under construction; spaces that will one day contain the dorms, dining hall, chapel, College Union, and the Sigma Nu house are empty lots. Linnaean Hall and the old Phi Kappa Psi House (later known as Stahley Hall) are still standing (East and North of Glatfelter Hall). CREDIT: Pennsylvania State Archives: MG-281, Kuhnert Collection.
