A Special Gift for Mother's Day

This Mother's Day, why not honor your mother with the special gift of Healthcare Help offered through your Health Advocate membership?

As a member of Health Advocate-paid for by our company--your mother and your mother-in-law are also eligible to use Health Advocate's personalized service whenever they have a healthcare or insurance concern. Or, you can call for assistance on their behalf. Your assigned Personal Health Advocate will begin getting the right answers that your mother or mother-in-law needs at the right time.

Health Advocate can help with a wide range of senior issues including:

§         Finding the best doctors, specialists, hospitals

§         Clarifying your benefit plan

§         Untangling insurance claims

§         Assisting with eldercare

§         Locating in-home care, adult daycare, assisted-living, long-term care

§         Addressing medication issues

§         Navigating Medicare....and more


As an eligible employee, please remember that our company-paid Health Advocate benefit covers you, your spouse, your dependent children as well as your parents and parents-in-law. You can call Health Advocate at 1-866-695-8622 (toll-free) anytime, day or night, that you need help with a healthcare or insurance-related problem.

 Spring Fitness Classes

 

MAY FITNESS CLASSES: (2 points per class, sessions begin the week of April 28th)

Mondays, (4/28-5/19) - Spinning at 7:00am in Plank Fitness Ctr.

Mondays, (4/28-5/19) - Yoga at 12:00pm in Chapel Lounge 

Tuesdays, (4/29-5/20) - Treadmill class from 12:00-12:30pm in Plank Gym (space limited to 8 people)

Tuesdays, (4/29-5/20) - Treadmill class from 12:30-1:00pm in Plank Gym (space limited to 8 people)

Tuesdays, (4/29-5/20) - Spinning at 5:15pm in Plank Fitness Ctr.

Wednesdays, (5/7-5/21) - Butts and Guts at 12:00pm on Plank Stage

Thursdays, (5/1-5/22) - Spinning at 12:00pm in Plank Fitness Ctr.

Fridays, (5/2-5/23) - Spinning at 12:00pm in Plank Fitness Ctr.

One or Two Day Offerings:   (2 points per hour) 

May 14th - Skin Cancer Screenings at Health Center - must schedule a time with the Health Center X6970

May 30th - Baseball Trip - Orioles vs Red Socks - 4:00 pm departure from Campus, tickets are $15 each; transportation is provided.  Space is limited.

 

4-8 Week Programs: 

Continued from March - Passport Program - An 8 week program taking you around the world!  This program is designed to help you increase your daily mileage. (8 points for completing program)
