Tech Services
The Infrastructure and Computing Department serves as the primary customer service unit for the Information Technology division at Gettysburg College. We are charged with making sure computer problems are resolved to your satisfaction. Requests are received at our Helpdesk in a variety of ways: e-mail, walk-up service, and telephone are all venues that you the customer have available to you. Our main IT Helpdesk is located on the top floor of the Eddie Plank Gym. Our responsibilities include:
