Amnesty International

Amnesty International is a world-wide non-profit organization that works for human rights. Most of the work is done at the grassroots level, especially on college campus across the United States. The Gettysburg Chapter of Amnesty International is only one of school and community groups that make up Amnesty International USA.

Gettysburg's Chapter of Amnesty International Mission Statement:
"Gettysburg College's branch of Amnesty International works towards justice on the global, national, and local fronts, with the goal of spreading awareness among the Gettysburg College community."
