Robert Natter is Associate Professor of Music and Director of Choral Activities at Gettysburg College. He conducts the Gettysburg College Choir, Camerata, and Women's Choir, and teaches voice and conducting. Dr. Natter has toured widely with the College Choir and Camerata in the eastern United States, Canada, Brazil, and Nicaragua. Natter also serves as an Instructional Technologist for the conservatory and has research interests in technology tools for teaching music. He has written a computer program called ChoralWorks to assist choir members to learn music.

Natter received Bachelors and Masters degrees in music from the University of California at Santa Cruz, and a doctorate in choral conducting from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.
