Felix Hell, who has performed more than 500 recitals worldwide, is one of the most sought after young concert organists. In 2004, he graduated from the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia, making him the youngest organ major ever in the history of the prestigious Institute to receive a Bachelor of Music. In 2007, he received his Artist Diploma from the Peabody Institute of Music in Baltimore. He holds the position as Organ Artist Associate at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Manhattan, New York City, as well as Distinguished Organist-in-Residence at the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. So far, Mr. Hell has recorded seven critically acclaimed CDs. He is frequently invited to perform with orchestra, in addition to giving master classes, teaching at Pipe Organ Encounters of the American Guild of Organists, as well as teaching both elementary and highly advanced students privately. Dr. Frederick Swann, current President of the AGO, has called him "undoubtedly one of the major talents of the century".
