High School Seniors are invited to spend a day and/or night on campus and attend classes with a current student host who shares your interests. Day/Overnight visits afford you the opportunity to meet faculty, administrators, and students to gain a greater understanding of the Gettysburg Experience.

In order to best meet your needs, we ask that you schedule your day or overnight visit one week in advance.

Your Day/Overnight Visit will begin when you arrive at the Admissions Office (Eisenhower House) on the day of your visit; arrival time will be designated by your host coordinator.

Plan to depart by early- to mid-afternoon of that day, or the following day (for overnight visits). During a day visit, parents are welcome to take a campus tour, enjoy some quiet time on campus or walk around the town of Gettysburg (only a few blocks away from campus).

Highlights of a typical day visit (your class schedule may vary):

• Meet your student host in the Admissions Office
• Attend classes with your student host
• Eat meals with your host and their friends in the dining center
• Meet with a professor
• Campus tour and/or interview
• Meet with a member of the Admissions staff
