Day Visit Registration Form

Accepted students are invited to spend a weekday on campus attending classes with a current student host who shares your interests. Day visits afford you the opportunity to meet faculty, administrators, and many students, and to gain a greater understanding of the Gettysburg Experience.

Day visits are available Monday through Friday, beginning March 30 through April 23.
Please schedule your day visit a week in advance, if possible. Note: no visits are available on Friday, April 10 or Monday, April 13 for the Easter break.

Please plan to arrive at the Admissions Office (Eisenhower House) at 9:30 a.m. on the day of your visit, unless otherwise specified. You will spend the day on campus shadowing your host - attending classes, eating lunch in the dining center on campus, and attending other activities your host may have scheduled that day.

You should plan to depart by early- to mid-afternoon. During a day visit, parents are welcome to take a campus tour, enjoy some quiet time on campus or walk around the town of Gettysburg (only a few blocks away from campus).

A typical day visit (your class schedule may vary):
9:30 a.m.- Arrive at the admissions office, meet your student host
10:00 a.m.- attend class with your student host
11:45 a.m.- eat lunch with your host and their friends in the dining center
1:10 p.m.- attend class with your student host
2:00 p.m.- return to the admissions office to meet your parents for a campus tour
3:00 p.m.- depart campus
