Overnight Visit Request Form

Accepted students are invited to spend a night on campus and attend classes with a current student host who shares your interests. Overnight visits afford you the opportunity to meet faculty and students to gain a greater understanding of the Gettysburg Experience.

Overnight visits are available on the following dates:

Please plan to arrive at the Admissions Office (Eisenhower House) at 4:30 p.m. on the day of your visit. You will spend the next day on campus shadowing your host - attending classes, meetings, and other activities your host may have scheduled that day.

You should plan to depart by early to mid-afternoon on the following day. During your visit, your family is welcome to take a campus tour, enjoy some quiet time on campus or walk around the town of Gettysburg (only a few blocks away from campus).

Please complete the form below to register for an overnight visit. We will send you a confirmation letter, campus map, and directions to Gettysburg prior to your visit. A typical overnight visit (your class schedule will vary):
4:30 p.m.- Arrive at the admissions office, meet your student host
6:00 p.m.- dinner in the dining center with your host and their friends
9:00 a.m.- breakfast with your host in the dining center
10:00 a.m.- attend class with your student host
11:45 a.m.- lunch with your host in the dining center
1:10 p.m.- attend class with your student host
2:00 p.m.- return to the admissions office to meet your parents for a campus tour
3:00 p.m.- depart campus
