Cassie Sanford '10 receives award from United Way

Gettysburg College sophomore political science major Kathryn "Cassie" Sanford was one of six women recognized March 31 for her public service to the Gettysburg community.

Sanford recieved the Exceptional Young Woman award at the 8th Annual Callie Awards Celebration of Exceptional Women sponsored by the United Way of Adams County for her co-leadership in opening a Campus Kitchen at Gettysburg College last year.
