Visiting
On your visit, you can select from a menu of options that includes campus tours, information sessions, Open Houses, interviews, full-day and overnight visits, and other activities. Students share Colorado wilderness leadership trek through photo blog

Spring break in Cancun? Not for 24 Gettysburg College students who spent 11 days trekking through Colorado's rugged Sawatch Range.

Each carrying up to 65 pounds of food and gear, the students gained leadership skills through the College's annual Wilderness Institute.

Thanks to a portable solar panel and cellphone service from some mountain peaks, the students shared their adventure via a photo blog that was updated throughout the trip.
