The College Apartments are one of 11 apartment-style residence halls available to upperclass students. Located on the southeast side of campus, the apartments are a short walk to most academic buildings.
The complex houses 68 students with four students in each apartment. Each apartment is a two-story townhouse, with a living room, full kitchen, and half bath on the first floor. Two bedrooms and one full bathroom are on the second floor. All bathrooms accommodate one person at a time and are gender-neutral.
All apartments in College Apartments have a full kitchen (including a full-size refrigerator and range) and the dining area includes a table with chairs. Kitchens are not equipped with microwave ovens, dinnerware or cookware.
Each bedroom is carpeted and has a desk, a dresser, and an extra-long bed (39 inches x 80 inches x 6 1/2 inches) for each resident. There is approximately 15 inches between the floor and the bottom of the bed. Students may loft or bunk their beds by acquiring the additional pieces necessary to do so. These pieces will be available in your building lobby during the first several weeks of the fall semester.
The living room and kitchen has tile flooring and the furniture generally consists of a sofa, one or two chairs and an end table.
