Service Level Agreement - Scope Of Services
Infrastructure and Computing staff members have primary responsibility for providing service and support for the College-owned computer hardware and licensed software installed on the machines of faculty, staff and administrators who work for the College. We also service and support equipment in the various computer labs on campus. Generally, most maintenance and repairs of College-owned hardware fall either under warranty with a vendor or under the umbrella of our outsource service provider. The Infrastructure and Computing Department is not resourced to work on the personally-owned computer equipment of College employees.
G-Tech student technicians have primary responsibility for lending assistance to students. Networked computers must meet the College's hardware and software requirements. To obtain service students bring their equipment to our G-Tech (Student Helpdesk) office for diagnosis and posssible resolution. G-Tech is located in Room 101 of the West Building.
