Kathleen P. Iannello

Kathleen Iannello (Ph.D, The Pennsylvania State University) is Associate  Professor of Political Science at Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.  Professor Iannello teaches courses in American National Government, Women and Politics, and Feminist Political Theory. In the Spring semester, 2018, she will offer a new Capstone Seminar  (American/Political Theory) on the topic of Citizenship. Her research interests include organization theory, women in state legislatures and feminist movements in the United States.  Her book, Decisions Without Hierarchy, explores the possibility of non-hierarchical structure within private organizations.  She has published articles and book chapters on the topic of Third-Wave Feminism and is currently conducting research on women in the New Hampshire state legislature.
