Congratulations on your acceptance to Gettysburg as a member of the Class of 2020!
As an accepted student, you are one step away from becoming a Gettysburgian and we are confident that spending some time on our campus- attending classes, going to lunch, meeting with professors, and getting to know our dynamic student body- will help you to take that final step.
Get Acquainted Day
This Gettysburg tradition will be held on Saturday, April 16. Get Acquainted Day is a full-day event for accepted and enrolled students and their families and allows you to interact with current students, talk with faculty from all of the academic programs, and meet your future classmates. Register online through myGettysburg, call 800-431-0803 or mail back the reply section of your Get Acquainted Day invitation.
Overnight and Day Visits
By shadowing a current student for a day or overnight visit, high school seniors will attend class, have lunch on campus, interact with faculty and other students to gain a greater understanding of the Gettysburg Experience.
Accepted students and their families are welcome to take a tour with a current student guide during their visit. Tours are available Monday through Friday on the hour from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding noon every day. Tours are also available on Saturday March 21 at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. and on April 11 and 25 at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.
