Advertising on Campus

The Bookstore, CUB, Dining Center, and John F. Jaeger Center for Athletics, Recreation, and Fitness allow our campus community to submit content to be displayed on the monitors located in the respective areas. All content will be reviewed by the manager of that area before being displayed. The following rules must be followed.

For Videos (Dining Lobby Only):

  • All videos must be in MPG4 format.
  • The dimensions to be displayed must be a minimum of width 1024, height 652.
  • Keep size under 2 MBs.
  • Videos must be under 15 seconds in length.
  • The display accepts HD.

For Napkin Holders (In the Dining Center):

Eat and Speak Table (In the Dining Center):

  • Students may schedule the ‘Eat and Speak’ table
  • There are to be no sales / selling of anything
  • Include the location, date, time and sponsor
  • Sponsor is responsible for all display items

For All Content:

  • Include the location, date, time and sponsor of your content.
  • Only .jpg and .png files can be used. A landscape and portrait version must be submitted.
  • Email the completed content along with the dates to be displayed to

Content for the Slideshow:

  • Provide text to be displayed: Title of event, date, time and location of event, and link if applicable.
  • Provide background image should be free of text and sized to 800px by 450px. If no image is provided, a default image will be used.
