How to share your announcement on campus.

The Bookstore, CUB, Dining Center, and John F. Jaeger Center for Athletics, Recreation, and Fitness allow our campus community to submit content to be displayed on the monitors located in the respective areas. All content will be reviewed by the manager of that area before being displayed. The following rules must be followed.
- Include the location, date, time and sponsor of your content.
- Only JPEG and PNG files can be used. A landscape and portrait version must be submitted.
- Email the completed content along with the dates to be displayed to AdvertiseOnCampus@gettysburg.edu
Dining Lobby videos
- All videos must be in MPG4 format.
- The dimensions to be displayed must be a minimum of width 1024, height 652.
- Keep size under 2 MBs.
- Videos must be under 15 seconds in length.
- The display accepts HD.
Dining Center napkin holders
- Download and complete the Printing Services Request Form (PDF)
- Save fields before submitting form to email@example.com
- In the notes section add ‘Deliver to Dining Services Box 0440’
- Size should be 4.25 by 6.5 inches
Dining Center Eat and Speak Table
- Students may schedule the ‘Eat and Speak’ table
- There are to be no sales / selling of anything
- Include the location, date, time and sponsor
- Sponsor is responsible for all display items

You can also submit content to be displayed on the Student Landing Page:
- Provide text to be displayed:
- Title of event
- Date and time of event
- Location of event
- Link to event page
- Provide background image to be displayed:
- there must be no text in the image (it’s a background image and browser text will be overlaid on top of it)
- image must be in landscape orientation
- image size should be 800px by 450px
- Send the information and image to firstname.lastname@example.org
