The Student Leadership Summit connects student leaders across Gettysburg College to explore ideas and solutions to address current student leadership challenges.
The two primary objectives of the Student Leader Summit are to 1) provide an opportunity for student leaders to connect with one another around common leadership challenges, and 2) to help them gain awareness about the leadership development resources available to them from the College.
Using small group facilitation centered on crowd-sourced topics, the Student Leadership Summit challenges students to wrestle with common leadership issues together in an engaging process. Students leave the event with new relationships as well as useful ideas and resources to lead their organizations ethically towards positive change.
