Faculty Surveys

The Office of Institutional Analysis administers the HERI Faculty Survey every three years as well as periodic ad hoc surveys to faculty and/or staff to assess their experiences at the College and inform institutional decision making. The HERI Faculty Survey (latest survey instrument) covers a broad range of questions, e.g., job satisfaction, teaching methods, values related to undergraduate education goals, collaboration with students on research, mentoring experience, perceptions of institutional environments, and characteristic political views. Many key findings have been published on the Survey Highlights.
