For the 2022-2023 academic year, Gettysburg College is offering students housing at the United Lutheran Seminary, which is one mile from the Gettysburg College campus. Seminary housing options include air conditioned two person apartments.
Housing Options
The available building at the Seminary is Baughman Hall (number 22 on the map below). On this website you will find detailed information about Baughman Hall, including photos. Interior pictures are provided for first and second floor apartments in order to help describe the floor plan for these “efficiency” apartments. The interior layout of third floor apartments are similar to other apartments at Gettysburg College.

Financial Aspects
Note: the rates listed below are for the 2022-2023 academic year.
Housing: These apartments will be billed at the single/apartment rate of $10,080 for the year ($5,040 per semester).
Dining: Students living at the Seminary are NOT required to have a dining plan, but students will have an exclusive Gettysburg College dining plan available to them.
- Seminary 9/175 Plan:
- 9 meals per week and $175 in Dining Dollars
- Cost: $2,055 per semester ($4,110 for the year)
Transportation
Housing at the Seminary will be particularly attractive to students with a vehicle or students living with a friend(s) who has a vehicle on campus. At the Seminary, students will have parking available outside their residence hall in addition to access to student parking lots on campus. Students must register their vehicle with Campus Safety by logging into CNAV and selecting "Campus Safety Forms" under the first drop-down menu to complete the vehicle registration form.
The Seminary is only one mile from the center of the Gettysburg College campus, therefore making it possible for students to walk or travel by bicycle between campuses. Campus Safety will offer Safety Escorts between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Gettysburg College Campus Safety provides emergency support to the students at Baughman Hall. This support includes:
- Fire Safety Inspections
- Campus and Residence Hall Proactive Patrols
- Safety Escorts between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
- Emergency Response
- Incident Driven Response, and
- Various Crime Prevention Services and Activities
Seminary Housing Assignment Process
This opportunity is open to rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Students will be able to select this housing through the online housing selection process.
