Information for visitors on campus

Visitors will be limited to those who are on campus to support the academic, administrative, or residential missions of the College.

Who can visit?

Visitors for students

The only visitors allowed on campus at this time are those who are on campus to support the academic, administrative, or residential missions of the College.

This means that students may not have any visitors on campus.

In addition, students studying remotely from their home residence may not come to campus without permission.

If students do have a visitor who fulfills the criterion above, they must follow this protocol.

  1. All visitors (including students studying remotely) are required to register their visit by completing the Campus Visitor Form below.
  2. Students may not host off-campus guests in any campus building.
  3. No visitor will be permitted to stay overnight on campus.
  4. Visitors must wear a mask while on campus.
  5. Visitors using the campus grounds will be asked to follow federal, state, and local protocols, as noted on campus signage.
  6. All visitors must conduct a medical self-check the day of their visit. If visitors are experiencing any of the following symptoms on the day of their visit, they should not come to campus.
  7. The Campus Visitor Form is for registration purposes only. Please note that visitors will be contacted only if we need to discuss their registration.

Information for families

This means that students may not have any visitors on campus, including family members, who do not fulfill this criterion.

Visitors for employees

The only visitors allowed on campus at this time are those who are on campus to support the academic, administrative, or residential missions of the College.

  1. Visitors must be approved in advance by an Academic Department Chair, Director, or Vice President.
  2. Visitors using the campus grounds will be asked to follow federal, state, and local protocols, as noted on campus signage.
  3. Visitors must wear a mask while on campus.
  4. On campus residents may not host off-campus guests in any campus building.
  5. No visitor will be permitted to stay overnight on campus
  6. All visitors are required to register their visit by completing the Campus Visitor Form below.
    1. Contractors and vendors are approved visitors and do not need to register.
    2. Retirees and dependents of employees are required to register.
  7. Spouses and children of those employees that reside in campus housing should only register when visiting a separate campus facility; otherwise, children are discouraged from visiting campus buildings or facilities.
  8. The Campus Visitor Form is for registration purposes only. Please note that visitors will be contacted only if we need to discuss their registration.

Symptoms to check

All visitors must conduct a medical self-check the day of their visit. If visitors are experiencing any of these symptoms on the day of their visit, they should not come to campus:

  1. Fever
  2. Cough
  3. Shortness of breath
  4. Difficulty breathing
  5. Chills
  6. Muscle aches or pains
  7. Runny nose or sinus congestion
  8. Headache
  9. Sore throat
  10. Fatigue
  11. Gastrointestinal symptoms
  12. Loss of taste or smell

Campus visitor form

If (1) your visit is to support the academic, administrative, or residential missions of the College, and (2) you are not experiencing any of the above symptoms, please fill out this form.

Vehicles parked on campus without a displayed Parking Permit may be ticketed or towed. If you are bringing a vehicle to campus, please register it below and stop by the Public Safety Office (51 W. Stevens St.) when you arrive to pick up your permit.
