Employees have several options for managing the impact of COVID-19 on their health and well-being, including location flexibility, wellness resources, and virtual therapy.
Employees should speak with Human Resources if they have concerns or are unable to return to work in accordance with the timeline established. Human Resources will work with the employees to discuss any available alternatives (e.g. use of vacation or sick leave, telecommuting, FMLA, ADA).
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
For employees experiencing difficulties in any area of their lives, our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free service for all employees and their dependents. Wellspan EAP has some helpful resources available in response to the Coronavirus outbreak.
Many employees are experiencing some kind of emotional distress given COVID-19’s disruption to their lives. In addition to the Employee Assistance Program, the College’s Counseling Center offers some helpful resources and wellness-related tips.
