J. Milore

I'm a Psychology major from Princeton, New Jersey but I'm originally from Northeast Pennsylvania. I am on the executive board for Gettysburg's Dance Ensemble and the Education Director of my sorority, Tri Sigma. I'm also involved with our service fraternity, APO, and a tutoring program through CPS. I look forward to meeting the incoming class and helping with orientation!

Micaela Edelson

Micaela Edelson is a junior Environmental Studies and Public Policy major from Salem, Oregon. She is on the executive board for Gettysburg's Hillel and the treasurer for the co-ed service fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega. She is also an Immersion Project leader through the Center for Public Service. She also is involved with the Eisenhower Institute and has participated in several programs. Micaela tries to be involved with Model United Nations and ultimate frisbee in her free time as well.

Wendy Folfas

Wendy is a sophomore Environmental Studies major from Westminster, Maryland. She plays on the Gettysburg Softball team and is also working as a tour guide for admissions. She is looking forward to welcoming the incoming First-Years!

Jenna is a senior History and English double major from Mechanicsburg, PA. On campus she is involved with the American Association of University Women, the Gettysburg College Symphony Orchestra, the women’s music fraternity, and the History and English honor societies. She works in the Special Collections department at the library and recently spent the spring semester studying abroad in Aix-en-Provence, France.

Melissa Veshi

Mel is a junior Organization and Management Studies major from Webster, Massachusetts. She is also minoring in Sociology and wants to be an event planner. She is involved in intramural basketball and the dance ensemble. She is happy be apart of the Residential & First Year program for her second year and enjoys being an Orientation Leader and meeting all the new students.

Nicole is a senior Psychology and Biology double major from New Hope, Pennsylvania. Last semester she studied abroad in Ferrara, Italy! She sings in the co-ed acapella group on campus called 4 Scores and does research with the psychology department. She is also the chemical hygiene assistant on campus. She can't wait to meet the new Rice Hall family and the rest of the 2019 class!

Luke is a rising sophomore with a major in history. He wants to focus specifically on the American Civil War Era. He is proud to be a part of the Residence Life Staff, and hopes that he can continue to make an impact in the Gettysburg community for years to come.

Silvia Chon

Silvia is a senior Biology major from Horsham, Pennsylvania. She is very much looking forward to her third and final year on staff with Residential and First Year Programs! Outside of her school work and her job as a Resident Assistant, she is involved with DiscipleMakers Christian Fellowship. Silvia also loves going on runs, travelling, painting, photography, coffee, and ice cream. If you'd like to know more about her, stop by her room on Rice 2 and strike up a conversation with her; she'd love to get to know you!

Michael Deleon

Michael is a sophomore Sociology major from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is the Community Outreach Coordinator for the Black Student Union and was the founder of Gettysburg's "fusion" dance team, Vibe. He enjoys reading dystopian novels and his favorite books are those of the Divergent trilogy.

Aphra Murray

Aphra is a sophomore Biochemistry and Molecular Biology major who is often described by friends as the "token foreign friend". She has lived in a variety of countries including Spain, Italy, The Netherlands and France. Having moved to the US to follow a liberal arts education, she is enjoying challenging herself in both the sciences and hopefully pursue her love of languages by complementing BMB with Spanish. When she's not studying some of her favourite things to do include spending time with her family, reading books and binge watching unhealthy amounts of television.
