Applicants and Admission
Gettysburg College enrolled 497 students for the Class of 2029, selected from 7,929 applications. Of the students in the class, about 43% enrolled under Early Decision.
Academic Quality
- 42% of the students have a class rank in the top 10% of their high school graduating class.
- 75% of the students have a class rank in the top 25% of their high school graduating class.
- The average SAT score is 1374 and the median score is 1380–with a middle 50% for critical reading of 650-720 and a middle 50% for math of 630-760.
- The average ACT score is 30–with a middle 50% of 28-32.
