Applicants and Admission
Gettysburg College enrolled 514 students for the Class of 2030, selected from 6,811 applications. Of the students in the class, about 40% enrolled under Early Decision.
Academic Quality
- 42% of the students have a class rank in the top 10% of their high school graduating class.
- 71% of the students have a class rank in the top 25% of their high school graduating class.
- The average SAT score is 1360 and the median score is 1355–with a middle 50% for critical reading of 650-720 and a middle 50% for math of 640-720.
- The average ACT score is 31–with a middle 50% of 30-33.
Financial Aid
- Nearly $100 million in financial aid was awarded for the 2026-27 academic year, benefiting 90% of the student body.
