Sarah Kotlinski brings more than three decades of experience in higher education, including more than 25 years at Gettysburg College, with deep expertise at the intersection of technology, enrollment strategy, analytics, and the liberal arts. She leads the College’s enrollment technology ecosystem and works across Enrollment, Information Technology, and Institutional Research to strengthen data governance, analytics, and decision-making. She also leads initiatives in artificial intelligence and innovation.
Sarah is a frequent speaker and writer on enrollment technology, analytics, training, and change management. She is a Technolutions Slate Community Ambassador and Slate New User Mentor and serves on The College Board’s Enrollment Solutions Strategic Advisory Group.
Her guiding philosophy is simple: systems exist to create opportunities for human connection.
