- 5:00 p.m., Off-campus / Independent Learning Community (ILC) application closes to all eligible students
Monday, March 2
- College House online application opens
- The Center for Student Success will begin contacting students with existing accommodations to confirm their status for 2026-2027
Friday, March 6
- Off-campus/ILC housing decisions communicated to applicants via email
- 5:00 p.m., Spring Break begins
Friday, March 13
- 5:00 p.m., Off-campus/ILC acceptance and relinquish forms due to the Office of Residential Education
Monday, March 16
- 8:00 a.m., Spring Break ends
Friday, March 20
- 5:00 p.m., New housing accommodations requests for Fall 2026 due to the Center for Student Success (CUB 280)

- 10:00 p.m., March first-year Community Meeting
- Spring Semester Wellness Module opens in EngageGettysburg (Sophomore Success Program)
Wednesday, March 25
- College House Fair, 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Stine Lake (rain location: Plank Bar in Plank Gym)
Thursday, March 26
- 4:00 - 6:00 p.m., Sophomore Tradition Event (location dependent on weather)
Sunday, March 29
- Noon, College House online application closes. Students will hear about their status as early as March 30, but likely not until March 31.
- Spring Semester Wellness Module closes in EngageGettysburg (Sophomore Success Program)

- 5:00 p.m., Final College House room rosters due to the Office of Residential Education (CUB 250)
- 5:00 p.m., Greek rosters due to the Office of Student Activities & Greek Life (CUB 210)
Monday, April 6
- Beginning, Monday, April 6, students with approved accommodations who have not yet secured housing for the Fall 2026 semester will be contacted by Residential Education
Wednesday, April 8
- Last day for students to petition and complete the approval process with the Center for Student Success to change their anticipated graduation date
Monday, April 13
- 10:00 p.m., last first-year Community Meeting
Wednesday, April 15
- First-Year Residential Experience (FYRE) program officially ends
- 5 p.m., deadline for current first-year students to appeal their First-Year Residential Experience (FYRE) spring semester attendance record if they believe there are any discrepancies
- Final deadline to complete all Sophomore Success Program (SSP) components
- Deadline to appeal discrepancies for Sophomore Success Program (SSP) attendance
Monday, April 20
- Lottery numbers and times available in CNAV/MyHousing for current juniors, sophomores, and first-years participating in online housing selection
- Juniors, sophomores, and first-year students begin selecting roommates for online housing selection in CNAV/MyHousing
Thursday, April 23
- All proxy requests for online housing selection must be emailed to Michele Klunk in the Office of Residential Education
- 5 p.m., Fall 2026 abroad students must communicate to CGE if they no longer plan to study abroad so that they can be included in the online housing selection process
Sunday, April 26
- Current juniors: housing selection begins (time TBD; CNAV/MyHousing)
- Current sophomores: housing selection begins immediately after juniors select housing
- Current first-years: housing selection begins immediately after sophomores select housing
Monday, April 27
- Fall Housing Preference forms are available

- 5:00 p.m., Fall Housing Preference forms are due to the Office of Residential Education
Sunday, May 31
- Students who are not pre-registered for classes will be withdrawn from the College by the Registrar's Office and the Office of Residential Education will remove students from their Fall 2026 housing

- All students will be sent an email to view their Fall 2026 housing assignment and roommate information in CNAV/MyHousing

- Mandatory Off-Campus Housing Orientation Meeting (date, time and location to be determined)
October 2026
- Spring Housing Preference Form for Spring 2027 emailed to students studying abroad/off-campus
Monday, October 26
- Spring Housing Preference forms are due from students currently studying abroad or off-campus
Week of January 11, 2027
- Spring housing placements completed by the Office of Residential Education
- Students notified via email of housing placements which will be posted in CNAV/MyHousing.
