GBURG Billing and Payment for Students

We offer two payment methods for your convenience:

ACH Payments - Securely pay directly from your bank account using your bank account and routing number. Beginning the week of March 20, 2025, the payment processer will apply a $0.50 transaction fee to all ACH payments. Additionally, a $30 fee will be charged for any returned ACH payments. These fees are billed and maintained by the processor.

Credit/Debit Card Payments – Pay with a credit or debit card, subject to a service fee of 2.95% for domestic transactions and 4.25% for international transactions. These fees are billed and maintained by the processor.

Access for students to log into GBURG Billing:

Log in to the Campus Experience, and on the left menu choose Finances then GBURG Billing.

Additionally, payments may be made by Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order or Cash (in person at the Student Account office).

Please include statement remittance stub or student name and ID on the payment.

How to make a payment

Paying tuition with PayMyTuition is safe, fast, and convenient. Follow the simple steps below to complete your payment:

  1. Enter your institution name
    Go to paymytuition.com. From the drop-down menu, select Gettysburg College, then enter your payment amount and the country you are paying from.
  2. Select payment method
    Review the payment options provided and select your preferred payment method. Payment options include bank transfers, debit/credit cards in your home currency, eWallet payments and other local options.
  3. Enter your details
    Enter some basic information including your student number. We will include this information with your payment for easy identification of your payment by the Gettysburg College team.
  4. Make your payment
    Follow the instructions provided to send your funds to PayMyTuition via your selected payment method.
  5. Track and confirm
    Track your payment by logging into your PayMyTuition Dashboard at any time. Receive SMS texts, email status updates, and confirmations of when your payment has been delivered.

Types of Payments - Student Account Balance

The following options are available for paying a Student Account balance:

  • Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Cash
  • eCheck - via GBURG Billing. Starting March 20, 2025, a $.50 transaction fee applies to ACH payments. Additionally, if an ACH payment is returned for any reason, a $30 charge will accrue. These fees are billed and maintained by the processor.
  • Credit Card - via GBURG Billing (there is a 2.95% domestic fee, and 4.25% international fee to use this option) These fees are billed and maintained by the processor.
