Gettysburg College offers an interest free, by the semester payment plan via GBURG Billing.
- Authorized Payers and Students have access to the Payment Plan via GBURG Billing.
- The Enrollment fee is $35 per semester and must be paid at the time the payment plan is set up.
- Monthly Payment Plan Payments are due on the 15th of each month. Late fees will be charged if payments are not paid timely.
- All payments must be made online. No checks will be accepted for payment plan payments. (There is no fee charged for echeck payments. Domestic credit/debit payments will have a convenience fee of 2.85% added to the charge and international card payments will have a convenience fee of 4.25% added to the charge. This fee is charged by the processor and cannot be reversed.)
- Automatic online payment plan payments may be set up to eliminate missed payments.
- A payment plan calculator is available to assist with calculating the amount needed to be covered by the payment plan.
Fall semester payment plans
Fall Semester Payment Plans are available as follows. All Fall plans end on October 15th and must be paid in full by that date.
- 5 month Payment Plan – Opens June 1st
- 4 month Payment Plan – Opens July 1st
- 3 month Payment Plan – Opens August 1st
Spring semester payment plans
Spring Semester Payment Plans are available as follows. All Spring plans end on March 15th and must be paid in full by that date.
- 5 month Payment Plan – Opens November 1st
- 4 month Payment Plan – Opens December 1st
- 3 month Payment Plan – Opens January 1st
