Danielle serves as the Director of Residential & First-Year Programs. In this role, she oversees the housing operations and other residential programs of the institution.  Prior to her current role, she served as an Area Coordinator, the Associate Director of Residence Life and Housing, and the Interim Director of Residence Life.  She originates from Shamokin, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Political Science (with a concentration in Criminal Justice) from Messiah College in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.  Before attending graduate school, Danielle worked as a social worker for Columbia County Children and Youth Services Foster Care Division. She then attended The George Washington University in Washington, DC where she received her Master of Arts degree in Education and Human Development with an emphasis in Higher Education Administration/Student Affairs Administration. Danielle is currently a doctoral student at The George Washington University.  She lives in Gettysburg with her husband, Matt, and their children, Kylee and Caleb.
