Musselman Hall
Named for Emma G. Musselman, Musselman Hall first opened in 1958 as a dormitory for women. Musselman Hall is a traditional residence hall that consists of four floors and 80 rooms. Each room typically houses two students, with male and female bathrooms on each floor. All bathrooms in Musselman Hall accommodate more than one person at a time and are single gender (male or female).
Each room in Musselman Hall has a MicroFridge, at least one window with a shade, a bookshelf, and mirror. Each student is provided with an extra-long bed (39 inches x 80 inches x 6 1/2 inches), a desk and chair; a dresser and closet space. The beds have two lower height settings: the lowest setting has approximately 12 inches between the floor and the bottom of the bed; the other setting provides approximately 18 inches between the floor and the bottom of the bed. Students may also loft or bunk their beds by acquiring the additional pieces necessary to do so. These pieces will be available in your building common space during the first several weeks of the fall semester.
