Conduct Records

CONDUCT RECORDS

All student organization resolution proceedings are conducted in compliance with the requirements of FERPA and College policies. The College only guarantees privacy protections for organizational resolution processes to the extent that FERPA requires them to protect individual student records. Records that document the incident or any form of an investigation are conduct records of the College. Organization leaders, advisors, or headquarters representatives, if applicable, wishing to review the organization’s conduct records may request a copy from the Office of Student Activities & Greek Life.

Except in situations where individual student records cannot be reasonably protected as outlined by College policies, FERPA, or other applicable laws, the College will maintain a public record of all violations of College policy that can be accessed through the College’s website for a minimum of five (5) years.
