AMNESTY

Members of the community seeking emergency medical assistance for another person should contact Campus Safety immediately at 717-337-6911 or call 911; provide their name, location, and nature of emergency; and, remain with the person in need of medical assistance until Campus Safety and/or Emergency Medical Services arrives.

The health and safety of all members of our community is of paramount importance. Any member of the community in need of emergency medical assistance should seek that assistance free of fear of disciplinary action by the College. The College will not pursue a conduct process against any person for use of alcohol or personal use amount of marijuana when the use is revealed by actions taken to receive emergency medical assistance. The College will not pursue a conduct process against any person for the possession of alcohol or marijuana for personal use when the possession is revealed in the course of a good faith report of violence, hazing, bullying, harassment or intimidation. Amnesty applies to both the person for whom assistance is sought and for the person seeking assistance.
