At Gettysburg College, the dining hall isn’t just a place to eat — it’s a tradition. Affectionately known as “Servo,” this campus hub got its nickname from an old food service company (Servomation) used back in the '70s and '80s. The name stuck, and so did the community spirit. From family-style Servo Thanksgiving to everyday meals shared with friends, Servo is where students connect, celebrate, and recharge. And yes — the cookies are legendary. So when we say you’re a certain kind of cookie, we’re not just talking snacks. We’re talking about the flavor you bring to campus.
