Theatre Arts

Richard Sautter holds degrees in Theatre from Bates College, the University of Exeter, and Virginia Commonwealth University.  In addition to Gettysburg, he has taught at McDaniel College, Messiah College, and Penn State Lehigh Valley. Richard has served as a Commonwealth Speaker for the Pennsylvania Humanities Council, delivering presentations on the topic of the American theatre during the Civil War. He is a member of Actors’ Equity Association, the Voice and Speech Trainers Association, and the Mid-America Theatre Conference.
