The Service Response Center serves as a primary contact point for coordinating and channeling work order requests, and communicating Facilities announcements to the campus community.
Service Response Help Desk Staff Hours:
Academic Year: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Summer Hours (mid-May through mid-August): 8am – 4:30pm
To request service please fill out the TMA Service Request Form on your phone or computer.
If you require emergency service during office hours please call the Service Response Center directly at (717)337-6700 (ext. 6700).
For emergencies after hours (5:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. or on weekends) please call the Department of Public Safety (DPS) at (717) 337-6911 (ext. 6911).
