The Infrastructure and Computing Office (IC) serves as the primary customer service unit for the Information Technology division at Gettysburg College. IC is charged with making sure computer and telecommunication problems are resolved to your satisfaction. The main ITHelpdesk and G-Tech (Student Computing) are located on the first floor of the West Building.
IC maintains the current computing infrastructure and plans for its continued growth and expansion. Our primary responsibilities include the ITHelpdesk, hardware support, computer networks, computational engines, Unix workstations, computer labs, technical consulting and expertise, and telecommunications.
