ADVISOR NOTIFICATION
If an organization is expected to engage in a conduct resolution process for an alleged violation of College policy, the organization’s President and Campus Advisor will be notified. The President and Campus Advisor will also be notified of the outcome of the conduct resolution process.
If the organization is a social fraternity or sorority, the Chapter Advisor and Housing Corporation President, if applicable, will also be notified at the same time as the President and Campus Advisor. At the discretion of the Director of Student Activities & Greek Life, the headquarters of a social fraternity or sorority may also be notified of the alleged violation before the conduct resolution begins. Headquarters will be notified if an organization is found responsible for a violation of College policy.
