ORGANIZATIONAL AMNESTY
Members of the community seeking emergency medical assistance for another person should contact Campus Safety immediately at 717-337-6911 or call 911; provide their name, location, and nature of emergency; and, remain with the person in need of medical assistance until Campus Safety and/or Emergency Medical Services arrives.
The health and safety of all members of our community is of paramount importance. Members of student organizations should seek emergency medical assistance when needed free of fear of disciplinary action against their organization by the College. The College will not pursue a conduct process against any organization for the use or distribution of alcohol or violations of the Social Event Policy when the use is revealed by actions taken by members of that organization to receive emergency medical assistance. The College will not pursue a conduct process against any organization for the use or distribution of alcohol or violations of the Social Event Policy when the possession is revealed in the course of a good faith report of violence, hazing, bullying, bias, harassment, or intimidation by members of the organization. Amnesty for an organization does not automatically extend to individual members whose eligibility for personal amnesty is outlined in the Community Standards Amnesty Policy.
