Organizational Retaliation

ORGANIZATIONAL RETALIATION

Organizations and their members are expected to not engage in retaliatory behavior against individuals or groups that have, or that members believe have, reported the organization for an alleged violation, provided information as part of an investigation, or are otherwise involved in an investigation or conduct resolution process. This includes but is not limited to threatening behavior, social isolation or ostracization, coercion, discrimination, or changes to membership statuses. If an individual member engages in this behavior, the organization and the individual may be held accountable.
