PROTECTION OF INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS
The College believes that student organizations should have the opportunity to fully participate in a conduct resolution process if they are alleged to have violated College policy. The College also believes that the welfare of individual students is of the utmost importance and should take precedent over the needs and requests of an organization. Modifications can be the Student Organizations Conduct Resolution Procedures on a case-by-case basis to reasonably protect individual students as needed based on the sole discretion of the Vice President of College Life and Dean of Students or their designee.
