Chemistry

Jeremy has been the chemistry department's Lab Manager since 2005, and is responsible for lab preparations for the general and organic chemistry courses, equipment maintenance and repairs, and some department-level purchasing.  He also teaches four labs per semester, usually being in the general chemistry labs, but periodically also teaching a section or two of organic chemistry.  More recently, (February 2009), he was named the Chemical Hygiene Officer for the college, and is responsible for lab safety trainings, hazardous chemical waste handling, and other related matters.
