Ranjeet completed his Doctoral Programme in Management from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, India which is the top-rated business school in India. He has more than 23 years of work experience in the industry and academia, with the last 12 years in the Indian Institute of Management Indore, as a Professor in OB & HRM.
He was nominated to the Long List of 15 academicians chosen from across 39 countries in the world in the prestigious EIU Business Professor of the Year Award 2012. Ranjeet was also awarded the “Best Teacher” at IIM Indore for the year 2013.
Ranjeet engages courses in the regular MBA programs as well as Executive Education. He has conducted over 300 training programs and workshops for senior bureaucrats, officers from the armed forces and BSF, officers from various public and private sector firms. His consulting interests are in the domain of high-performance work systems, change management and organizational restructuring.
Ranjeet has written and published several cases and research papers in top rated International journals including International Journal of Conflict Management, Personnel Review, Public Administration Quarterly, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Sport Management, Journal of Global Marketing, Knowledge and Process Management, International Journal of Productivity and Performance Management, International Journal of Educational Management, Human Resource Development Review, South Asian Journal of Management among others. His business cases have been registered and published by the Richard Ivey School of Business. He has co-authored two book titled ‘Managing Human Resources: Productivity, Quality of Work Life and Profits’, and “Industrial Relations” which are published by Tata McGraw Hill. His areas of interest are managing change, performance management and interpersonal effectiveness. His research has been published and presented in several international journals and conferences like the Academy of Management conference, European Group of Organizational Studies, International Congress of Psychology, and the Indian Academy of Management.
