Dr. He is an Assistant Professor of Management at Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA. Her Ph.D. is in Business Administration, specialized in Management (Organizational Behavior). Her primary research interests lie at the intersection of organizational behavior and business ethics, including topics such as moral repair, restorative justice in the workplace, ethical decision-making, and organizational forgiveness climates. Her work emphasizes a mixed-method approach, including both qualitative and quantitative projects. She enjoys doing both qualitative and quantitative research and believes they are complementary, especially for exploring new, emerging ideas and phenomena. "I hope to use both methods to contribute to the management literature, the practice of management, and learning in the classroom." Courses she has taught at Gettysburg include Organizational Behavior and Organizational Ethics.
