The Leadership Showcase is an annual event serving as a multi-day celebration of leadership growth, self-discovery, and community impact at Gettysburg College. This experience provides a formal stage where students transition from practitioners to storytellers, sharing how they have navigated complex challenges to develop the skills necessary for lives of meaning and consequence. Through a series of panels and poster presentations culminating in a formal gala, the Showcase reveals why leadership development is foundational to the liberal arts and highlights Gettysburg College’s distinctive commitment to leadership for public purpose.
