Overview/Mission
A collaborative partnership between alumni mentors and undergraduate mentees, with a primary emphasis on career development and transitioning to post-college life. This relationship is founded on mutual respect, shared experiences, and a commitment to supporting the mentee's successful transition into the workforce or further education.
At the conclusion of their sophomore year, students will have the option of adding an alumni mentor to their Personal Advising Team, which includes their faculty advisor, career advisor, and a co-curricular advisor, who will assist them in defining their career goals and building their professional network.
