20240300 Cheerleading Team Senior members of the team used calisthenics to punish minor infractions such as lateness. The assignment of the calisthenics was arbitrary and capricious. During investigation, it was also learned that the team had conducted “Cheer Initiation” which involved calisthenics and forced consumption of alcohol in previous years. Responsible
