I manage the overall strategic vision and leadership of the Center for Career Engagement. I arrived at Gettysburg College in 2018, served as the Executive Director of the Yeshiva University Career Center for 10 years, and prior to that, was an Associate Director at New York University’s Wasserman Center for Career Development, where I worked for 13 years. For nearly a decade, I was also an adjunct instructor at NYU, training new and career changing professionals on theory and practice in career, education, and life planning.
I served as Co-chair of the National Association of Colleges and Employers Leadership Advancement Program Committee and Honors and Awards Committee and have served on numerous other NACE committees including the Annual Conference Committee, Sourcing and Nominations Committee, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and Professional Standards Review Committee. I won a NACE Award for Volunteer Meritorious Service and a NACE Excellence Award for Business Boot Camp for Liberal Arts Students. I attended the NACE Management Leadership Institute and have presented and moderated at numerous NACE Annual Conferences. I am thrilled to be a part of the Gettysburg College community, coming full circle from my own liberal arts education at Cornell.
