João is a first-year student from Lisbon, Portugal. He still has not declared his major. However, he plans to double major in Business, Organizations and Management, and Theater. Before coming to the United States, João completed the last two years of his high school journey at the United World College of South East Asia in Singapore.
In addition to CGE, João is a student assistant at the Center for Career Engagement and stage manager in the Gettysburg College Theater department's mainstage productions.
João plans to study abroad sometime during his junior year!
